Recently, a patient with acute leukemia was admitted to our hospital. After blood group identification after admission, it was found that the A antigen was weak and the B antigen was expressed normally. The author traces changes in his blood group and is reported below. Male patient, 5 8 years old. The main complaint was “fatigue and low fever skin bleeding for more than half a month,” and was admitted to hospital on April 20, 1999. Clinical diagnosis of acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL M2
