随着我国社会经济不断的发展,企业也面临着改革的挑战,人力资源是企业扩大规模以及改革的关键,所以大部分的企业会采取人力资源管理外包的手段,从而更好的促进企业的发展;但是我国对于人力资源外包理论的研究,并不是很深入,导致外包决策不是很到位。对此本文就企业人力资源管理外包决策展开分析,希望对于我国药企行业的可持续发展,起到积极促进的作用。
With the continuous development of social economy in our country, enterprises are also facing the challenge of reform. Human resources are the key to the expansion of enterprises and reform. Therefore, most enterprises will take the outsourcing of human resources management to better promote their development However, the research on HR outsourcing theory in our country is not very in-depth, which leads to the outsourcing decision-making is not very good. In this paper, the analysis of human resource management outsourcing decision-making enterprises in the hope that the sustainable development of China’s pharmaceutical industry play a positive role in promoting.
