我站于1995年6～9月对襄阳县某镇31所小学、4所中学的全部在校学生进行乙型肝炎表面抗原（MBsAg）单项普查。采集静脉血2ml，分离血清，－20℃存放待检。用反相间接血凝试验法（RPHA）进行检测，1：16以上为阳性。诊断试剂由上海实业科华生物技术有限公司提供。本次共调查12185
