职业技术教育人才培养模式不能仅拘泥于技术能力取向层面,还必须着眼于人的全面发展,应以“职业素质”培养为核心。高职院校实施“职业素质”教育应从四大层面展开,即办学理念应提倡“职业素质”教育,以培养特定职业素质技能人才为目标;课程设计应根据目标模式开展职业课程设计;教学方法应以专业所对应的典型职业活动的工作情境为导向,按照“行动导向”方式开展教学;评价体系应科学合理,评价标准应体现职业技术教育的特点。
The training model of vocational and technical education can not be restricted to the orientation of technological capabilities, but must also focus on the all-round development of human beings. It should be based on the cultivation of professional qualifications. The implementation of “professional quality” education in higher vocational colleges should be carried out from four aspects: the idea of running a school should promote the education of “professional quality” and aim at cultivating skilled workers with specific occupational qualifications; and the curriculum design should carry out vocational courses according to the target mode Design; teaching methods should be based on professional work environment corresponding to the typical professional activities oriented, according to “action oriented ” teaching; evaluation system should be scientific and reasonable, evaluation criteria should reflect the characteristics of vocational and technical education.
