对田径队新队员进行了包括形态、机能、素质等方面的选材测试及评价后发现:队员的专项素质现状不容乐观;总体存在尖子不尖状况;23.5%的队员在成材趋势上较其他队员存在优势;50%以上队员有营养不良倾向和贫血现象。此次研究可有效地为教练员提供制定具有针对性训练计划和恢复计划的数据信息,更能为专项管理部门在选优排劣的决策中提供客观依据。 The new team members of track and field team made the material selection test and evaluation including form, function, quality and so on and found that: the team members’ special quality status is not optimistic; the overall existence is not top-notch; 23.5% players are better than other team members Advantages; more than 50% of the players have malnutrition and anemia.
