当前高职计算机专业在人才培养上与市场需求存在差距,培养的人才不能满足市场需求。为此,本文提出一种“建立公司平台实岗育人”的人才培养模式,通过学校与公司的通力合作,学生理论学习可以与实践相结合。“公司平台”教学模式培养的学生专业技能强、综合素质好、就业质量高,基本实现了学生技能培养与IT企业的“零距离对接”。
At present, there is a gap between market demand and computer talents in higher vocational education. The talents trained can not meet the market demand. To this end, this paper proposes a talent cultivation model that “builds a firm platform to educate and educate people”. Through the concerted efforts of schools and companies, theoretical study of students can be integrated with practice. “Company platform ” teaching mode to cultivate students with strong professional skills, good overall quality, high quality of employment, the basic realization of the student skills training and IT companies “zero distance docking ”.
