自玻璃离子粘固剂问世以来,在国内外口腔临床上得到了广泛的应用,但鉴于玻璃离子粘固剂的耐磨性及抗压性能与银汞合金相比仍有差距,为保持银汞合金的优点,且防止汞污染,我科与上海青浦齿科材料厂及轻工业研究所共同研制和开发了SGI—Ⅱ型银合金粉玻璃离子粘固剂(以下简称银玻璃)。经二年多的临床应用,疗效较好,现对门诊病例中随机复查的120名病人的治疗结果作分析,并对材料的特点和应用要点等进行探讨。 材料和方法 一、临床资料 门诊病人中经银玻璃治疗超过二年的患者120名,修复166颗牙。修复类型Ⅰ类:8例,Ⅱ类:43例,复合洞型:79例,残冠:36 例。其中男性63名,女性57名。年龄分布为: 21岁~30岁 14名,31岁~40岁 31名,41 岁~50岁45名,51岁~60岁12名,61岁~ 70岁18名,最大年龄66岁,最小年龄21 岁,平均年龄43岁。
