界面过渡区(简称界面)作为混凝土中的薄弱环节,其黏结强度对混凝土宏观力学性能有较大影响。在已有的混凝土界面试验方法基础上,结合其实际受力情况提出一种原位拉拔试验方法。以卵石骨料为对象,研究了不同粒径(30,50,70,90,110 mm)的卵石埋置于不同强度混凝土浆体中(C15,C20,C25,C35,C40)界面的黏结强度规律。试验结果表明:卵石与浆体之间的黏结强度约为混凝土抗拉强度的1/3;同一混凝土强度下,黏结强度随着骨料粒径增加有所降低;同一骨料粒径下,黏结强度随混凝土强度提高有增加的趋势。提出的试验方法可用于混凝土界面黏结强度的测试,并可为类似复合材料的界面强度试验提供参考。
Interface transition zone (referred to as the interface) as the weak link in concrete, the bond strength of macroscopic mechanical properties of concrete have a greater impact. Based on the existing test methods of concrete interface, an in-situ drawing test method is put forward based on the actual stress situation. Taking pebble aggregate as object, the bonding strength of pebbles with different particle sizes (30, 50, 70, 90 and 110 mm) embedded in the interface of different strength concrete (C15, C20, C25, C35, C40) was studied. The test results show that the bond strength between pebble and slurry is about 1/3 of the tensile strength of concrete. Under the same concrete strength, the bond strength decreases with the increase of aggregate size. Under the same aggregate size, the bond strength Strength increases with the strength of concrete tends to increase. The proposed test method can be used to test the bond strength of concrete interface and provide a reference for the interface strength test of similar composite materials.
