1998年7月8日,开平市发生1起因食用某甜品店的绿豆海带糖水引起的食物中毒。现将调查结果分析如下。1 流行病学调查1.1 发病经过 1998年7月9日上午,我站食品科接市第一人民医院报告,某中专学生7人因前1日食用某甜品店的糖水引起食物中毒。7月8日21时出现首例病人,随后6人陆续来院。均有腹痛、腹泻、排水样便、发热等症状,诊断为食物中毒。其中2人经门诊治疗后出院,另5人住院治疗。1.2 可疑食品的调查 对7名患者进行膳食情况调查,7人晚餐均在学校食堂吃的,其中3人吃南瓜,2人吃梅菜,1人吃叉烧
