我科近5年来对485例四肢小面积烫伤患者,创面应用0.5:100氟呱酸溶液一次性包扎治疗,取得理想效果,现报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 485例。年龄1岁～2岁110例,3岁～4岁257例,5岁～12岁118例;烧(烫)伤面积1岁～2岁在1％～7％,3岁～4岁在7％～11％,5岁～12岁在11％～16％;单个肢体368例/肢,双侧117例/18肢;均为二度烧伤;入院时有休克者89例,经即时抗休克复苏治疗,休克体征均在入院后2小时～4小时内缓解。
In recent 5 years, our department of 485 cases of scald small limbs patients, the wound application of 0.5: 100 fluoro-acetic acid solution once dressing, and achieved the desired results are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information 485 cases. 110 cases were aged from 1 year to 2 years old, 257 cases were from 3 years old to 4 years old, and 118 cases were from 5 years old to 12 years old. The area of burn injury ranged from 1% to 7% % ~ 11%, 5% ~ 12 years old in 11% ~ 16%; single limb 368 cases / limbs, both sides of 117 cases / 18 limbs; were second degree burn; admitted to hospital 89 cases of shock, Recovery treatment, shock signs were relieved within 2 hours ~ 4 hours after admission.
