①目的 探讨血小板膜糖蛋白 (GP)Ⅰa转录区寡肽 80 7基因多态性与缺血性脑卒中 (CIS)的关系。②方法 应用PCR RFLP方法 ,检测 98例CIS病人及 6 0例正常人的GPⅠa转录区寡肽 80 7基因型。③结果 T等位基因与年龄≤ 6 0岁的CIS病人和高危CIS病人明显相关 (χ2 =4 .0 4、4 .37,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论 在中国人中 ,血小板膜GPⅠa转录区寡肽 80 7T等位基因可能是年轻CIS和高危CIS病人的独立危险因素。
(1) Objective To investigate the relationship between polymorphism of oligopeptide 807 gene in plateau glycoprotein (GP) Ⅰa and ischemic stroke (CIS). Methods PCR RFLP method was used to detect the genotype of GP Ⅰ a transcript oligopeptide 80 7 in 98 patients with CIS and 60 normal controls. Results The T allele was significantly associated with CIS patients aged <60 years and high-risk CIS patients (χ2 = 4.04.37, P <0.05). Conclusion In Chinese, the 80 7T allele of platelet membrane GP Ⅰ a transcripts may be an independent risk factor for young CIS and high-risk CIS patients.
