随着移植技术和术后免疫抑制治疗的进步,接受肾移植患者的生存率和生存质量都有了很大的提高。育龄妇女在肾移植术后的生育问题已经得到产科医师的普遍关注,但对随此而来的新生儿问题在儿科医师中的认识程度仍有待提高。在此报道我院收治的一例肾移植后产妇的新生儿情况。
With the improvement of transplantation technology and postoperative immunosuppressive therapy, the survival rate and quality of life of patients receiving kidney transplantation have been greatly improved. The reproductive problems of women of childbearing age after kidney transplantation have received the general concern of obstetricians, but the awareness of pediatricians in this issue of neonatal remains to be improved. Here we report a case of neonatal maternal renal transplant recipients.
