本文以恒温鼓风电加热干燥箱非线性控制系统为例,首先介绍了拟合模型参数辨识法、相关电力电子技术及电路基础知识在温控电热控制系统建模中应用;之后提出以ITSE为目标函数的单纯形优化算法在该非线性系统控制器参数设计中的应用;最后应用Matlab编程软件做出数字仿真结果曲线,通过仿真结果可以看出控制器参数的设计合理有效。
Taking the non-linear control system of thermostat blast air drying oven as an example, this paper firstly introduces the application of fitting model parameter identification method, related power electronics technology and circuit basic knowledge in the modeling of temperature-controlled electrothermal control system. Afterwards, Function of the simplex algorithm in the nonlinear system controller parameter design; Finally, the application of Matlab programming software to make the digital simulation results curve, the simulation results can be seen that the controller parameters of the design is reasonable and effective.
