面对房地产市场不平稳、动荡局面及房地产救市举措的无奈之行,房地产预警系统又再次应运而生了。2008年7月27日,国家发改委宣布,住房和城乡建设部的“房地产预警预报系统初步设计概算”获批,标志着这个囊括全国40个城市的房地产预警预报系统再次启动加强和改善房地产市场的监管,将是住房和城乡建设部的重要职能。
