沥青型硬膜防锈油是由成膜材料(沥青)、添加剂及石油溶剂组成的.涂覆到金属表面,溶剂挥发后形成一种硬的干燥薄膜,这种膜可以用汽油除去.这种油既克服了防锈油的流淌、粘灰砂等缺点,也克服了防锈脂涂覆的困难.由于膜不粘灰沙,外观良好,并且便于鉴别,防锈期长,因而可应用于严酷气候条件下室内外暴露金属的较长期防锈. 我们对硬膜防锈油的原料、配方进行了一系列筛选试验,经实验室各项指标测试,基本达到日本工业标准(JIS).经实验室放大样在沙市、开封、湖北随县进行产品长期封存试验,又经中试生产在洛阳矿山机械厂进行产品封存试验,证明油品性能可靠,配制工艺简便,受到了使用单位的欢迎.
Bituminous hard-coat anti-rust oil is formed by the film-forming material (asphalt), additives and petroleum solvents coated onto the metal surface, the solvent is evaporated to form a hard dry film, the film can be removed with gasoline. Oil overcomes the disadvantages of rust-proof oil flow and sticky lime sand and overcomes the difficulties of rust-proofing grease coating. Since the film is not sticky gray sand and has a good appearance and is easy to identify and have a long rust-preventing period, it can be applied to Long-term rust prevention of indoor and outdoor exposure to metals under severe weather conditions. We carried out a series of screening tests on the raw materials and formulations of hard-coat anti-rust oil. After laboratory tests, they basically met the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS). Laboratory amplification in Shashi, Kaifeng, Hubei, Long-term storage of products with the pilot test, and pilot production in Luoyang Mining Machinery Factory product sequestration test to prove that the oil performance and reliable, preparation process is simple, by the use of the unit’s welcome.
