资料与方法1.1 临床资料 我科自 1998年 - 2 0 0 1年收治了 16例原发性肝癌患者 ,其中男10例 ,女 6例 ,平均年龄 4 2岁 ,肿块最大 9 cm× 11cm,最小 3cm× 4 cm,均经B超、CT检查证实。 16例均有明显的消瘦、纳差、巩膜黄染、右上腹胀痛及肝肿大等临床症状 ,但无腹腔积液 ,
