在中国企业加快走向世界步伐的同时,也面临着东西方文化的冲突和摩擦。因此,对海外并购中跨文化整合的方法和技巧的研究就显得越发重要和急迫。跨国并购是进行全球化资源配置的最主要手段之一,也是中国企业融入全球经济必须迈出的重要一步。近年来,中国积极参与全球并购,并日益成为其中活跃的主角。美国《商业周刊》撰文认为,未来10年中国企业将进行大规模的跨国并购,从而将改变世界企业竞争的整体格局。
