本实验是以大米粉为主,混合适量全脂奶粉,全脂米胚芽、干酵母,并强化碳酸钙和乳酸亚铁研制一种营养成分合理、能促进婴儿生长发育、预防缺铁性贫血和佝偻病且价格便宜的婴儿辅助食品。动物实验结果表明,实验组(A组)大鼠的增重与对照Ⅰ(B组)无显著差异(P>0.05),但平均增重超过B组(对照Ⅰ)9g左右,与对照Ⅱ(C组)比较增重平均超过60g,有极显著差异(P<0.01)。FE、CE及PER的统计结果与增重一致,且实验组无贫血和脱钙现象。氮代谢试验结果表明,实验组AO、TD、BV及NPU分别为97.47%、98.08%、85.73%和84.09%,B纽分别为97.29%、97.81%、87.51%和85.59%,两组无统计学差异;肝氮、体氮含量及体氮回复也均无显著差异,都达正氮平衡。
