近年来塑料膜在水工混凝土浇筑中应用较多,主要是在水上混凝土浇筑中起保浆,光滑表面的作用,对模板的质量要求也小了,不用人工就达到养生的目的。2001年我们在牡丹江市江西坝维修加固工程中遇到一个问题,坝脚基础开挖后,从坝体流出大量水流,在坝脚基础中达1m多深,流量之大,流速之快,如何浇筑才能不跑浆?经研究采用塑料膜铺边和底,效果很好,既节省资金,又加快了工程进度。
