建立顶空气相色谱法分析阿拉普利中有机溶剂残留。采用HSS-4A顶空装置和DB-FFAP大口径毛细管柱,以正丙醇为内标进行定量。正己烷、丙酮、四氢呋喃、甲醇、乙醇及三氯甲烷的线性范围分别为1.2 ̄24.0μg·mL-1(r=0.9991),0.7 ̄14.6μg·mL-1(r=0.9990),1.4 ̄28.2μg·mL-1(r=0.9985),0.8 ̄15.2μg·mL-1(r=0.9995),1.4 ̄28.2μg·mL-1(r=0.9991),1.5 ̄29.4μg·mL-1(r=0.9983),回收率分别为99.3%,101.9%,105.3%,98.5%,100.7%,102.0%,最低检测限分别为0.06μg·g-1,0.04μg·g-1,0.04μg·g-1,0.09μg·g-1,0.07μg·g-1,0.15μg·g-1。本方法简单、准确、灵敏度及重现性好。
Establishment of Headspace Gas Chromatography for the Analysis of Organic Solvent Residues in. Using HSS-4A headspace device and DB-FFAP large-diameter capillary column, with n-propanol as internal standard for quantitative. The linear range of n-hexane, acetone, tetrahydrofuran, methanol, ethanol and trichloromethane were 1.2 ~ 24.0μg · mL -1 (r = 0.9991), 0.7 ~ 14.6μg · mL -1 (r = 0.9990) (r = 0.9985), 1.4 ~ 28.2μg · mL-1 (r = 0.9991), 1.5 ~ 29.4μg · mL-1 (r = 0.9983), the recoveries were 99.3%, 101.9%, 105.3%, 98.5%, 100.7% and 102.0%, respectively. The detection limits were 0.06μg · g-1, 0.04μg · g-1 and 0.04μg · g-1 , 0.09 μg · g-1, 0.07 μg · g-1, and 0.15 μg · g-1. The method is simple, accurate, good sensitivity and reproducibility.
