目的以替硝唑为模型药物,比较其经BALB/c裸小鼠和SD大鼠透皮吸收及贮库效应的差异。方法在离体透皮吸收实验装置上,测定不同时间替硝唑经两种皮肤的透过量,并测定各自的贮库效应。结果透皮吸收和贮库效应的研究表明,BALB/c裸小鼠对替硝唑的透皮速率比SD大鼠显著增加(P<0.01)。结论BALB/c裸小鼠比SD大鼠更适合用于体外透皮吸收试验。
Aim To use tinidazole as a model drug to compare the transdermal absorption and storage effects between BALB / c nude mice and SD rats. Methods Percutaneous transdermal absorption device was used to measure tinidazole transdermal permeation through two kinds of skin at different times and to determine their respective depot effects. Results The study of percutaneous absorption and storage effect showed that transdermal rate of tinidazole in BALB / c nude mice was significantly higher than that of SD rats (P <0.01). Conclusion BALB / c nude mice are more suitable than SD rats for transdermal absorption test in vitro.
