为了解决平菇麦粒菌种易污染的问题,我们分别对浸泡麦粒的水温、时间、添加辅助培养基及利用抗污染药物等方面进行了一系列的研究试验,报道如下: 一、麦粒浸泡时间与水温的关系:麦粒种污染的轻重,往往与麦粒的吸水程度及表皮的破裂有关,而其又与麦粒的浸泡时间及水的温度相关联。四季温度的不同,麦粒浸泡的时间也应相应地变化。麦粒浸泡的时间与水的温度成反比。结果见下表:
