医院作为救死扶伤的特殊服务机构,其内部规范化管理水平尤为重要。在过去,由于人们在思想认识上不够重视,加上医院自身的管理制度不够完善,医院在内部会计控制及药品管理上存在很多问题。为适应日趋激烈的市场竞争,加强医院的内部控制及药品规范化管理迫在眉睫。基于此,本文介绍了我国医院在内部会计控制及药品规范化管理中存在的问题,就如何提高医院内部会计控制质量及药品规范管理提出建议,希望能促进医院的健康发展。
Hospital as a special service to save lives and wounded, the standardization of its internal management level is particularly important. In the past, due to the fact that people did not pay enough attention to their thinking, and that the hospital’s own management system was not perfect, there were many problems in the hospital’s internal accounting control and drug management. In order to meet the increasingly fierce market competition, it is imminent to strengthen the hospital’s internal control and standardization of medicines. Based on this, this paper introduces the problems existing in the internal accounting control and standardization management of hospitals in our country, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the quality of accounting control and standard management of medicines in the hospital, hoping to promote the healthy development of the hospital.
