目的:对手术室消毒隔离在降低医院感染方面的应用效果予以探讨。方法:随机选取我院2013年1月至2013年12月间收治的手术患者200例,对其临床资料予以回顾分析。结果:本次研究中所选择的200例实施手术的患者中,在实施手术室消毒隔离管理之后,有1例患者出现了手术室感染,占到了总的病例数的0.5%。结论:在医院感染的控制工作中,严格实施手术室消毒隔离制度,对于降低患者的医院感染发生率具有积极的作用,值得在临床应用中推广。
Objective: To discuss the application effect of disinfection and isolation of operating room in reducing nosocomial infection. Methods: A total of 200 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were randomly selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Of the 200 patients undergoing surgery in this study, one patient experienced an operation room infection, accounting for 0.5% of the total number of cases, after the operation room disinfection and isolation management was performed. Conclusion: In the control of hospital infection, the strict implementation of operating room disinfection and isolation system for reducing the incidence of nosocomial infections in patients with a positive role, it is worth in the clinical application of promotion.
