目的了解元江县人群麻疹抗体水平状况,为控制和制订消除麻疹策略提供科学依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对361人检测麻疹Ig G抗体。结果麻疹抗体阳性率为96.95%,抗体平均浓度(GMC)为3 078.04 m IU/ml。不同性别人群麻疹抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.7,P>0.05);不同地区人群麻疹抗体阳性率及GMC差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.5,P<0.05,F=15.284,P<0.05);不同年龄组麻疹抗体阳性率及GMC差异有统计学意义(χ2=36.3,P<0.05,F=2.469,P<0.05)。结论元江县健康人群麻疹抗体水平较高,虽能形成有效的免疫屏障,但应提高8月龄儿童首针接种及时率。
Objective To understand the level of measles antibody in the population of Yuanjiang County and provide a scientific basis for controlling and formulating the measles elimination strategy. Methods 361 human measles Ig G antibodies were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The positive rate of measles antibody was 96.95%, and the average antibody concentration (GMC) was 3 078.04 m IU / ml. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of measles antibody between different sexes (χ2 = 0.7, P> 0.05). The positive rates of measles antibody and GMC in different regions were statistically different (χ2 = 10.5, P <0.05, F = 15.284, P <0.05). The positive rates of measles antibody and GMC in different age groups were statistically different (χ2 = 36.3, P <0.05, F = 2.469, P <0.05). Conclusion The level of measles antibody in healthy population in Yuanjiang County is high, although an effective immune barrier can be formed. However, the first-dose vaccination should be improved in 8-month-old children.
