采用ICP-AES法对矿石中钼的测量不确定度的评定,详细地阐述了对实验过程中所引入的不确定度来源进行分析,并对各部分不确定度分量进行量化计算,提出了量化过程所需各参数的采集和统计计算方法,得出合成标准不确定度,扩展不确定度,并以不确定度的形式给出测定结果。
In this paper, the uncertainty of measurement of molybdenum in ore is evaluated by ICP-AES method. The sources of the uncertainty introduced in the experiment are described in detail. The quantification of each part of uncertainty is quantified, The parameters of the process required for the collection and statistical calculation methods, the synthesis of standard uncertainty, expansion of uncertainty, and the uncertainty given in the form of measurement results.
