FGA是一种成膜树脂,无荧光,无污染,它属于中等分子量的非离子型的饱和碳链聚合物。室内评价了FGA抑制粘土膨胀,防止页岩分散,降低滤失量及泥饼渗透率,与常用处理剂的配伍性及抗污染的效果。结果表明,FGA具有防止粘土膨胀和分散,降低钻井液滤失量和泥饼渗透率,与CMC、K-PHP、SMP等常用处理剂有较好的配伍性,FGA钻井液具有较好的抗盐侵、钙侵、劣土侵能力及抗温能力。柴3井使用了FGA钻井液对松散的易塌地层起到了明显的稳定作用。
FGA is a film-forming resin, non-fluorescent, non-polluting, and it is a medium molecular weight non-ionic saturated carbon chain polymer.
