在我国,由政府主持的强制隔离戒毒是主要的戒毒措施,《中华人民共和国禁毒法》、《戒毒条例》的出台,戒毒措施加入了社区戒毒及社区康复,戒毒措施有了新变化。本文从强制隔离戒毒的特征分析了吸食新型合成毒品的人员有别与传统毒品的特征,对于新型合成毒品强制隔离戒毒的模式提出对策建议,即做到“一个坚持”、“三个区分”、“三个阶段”的强制隔离戒毒新模式。
In our country, the compulsory isolation and drug treatment led by the government is the major drug treatment measure. The promulgation of the Drug Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Drug Treatment Ordinance, the drug treatment measures have joined the community drug rehabilitation and community rehabilitation, and new changes have taken place in drug rehabilitation measures. This article analyzes the characteristics of compulsive isolation and treatment of drug addicts and analyzes the characteristics of the traditional drugs which are different from those who take new synthetic drugs and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the compulsory isolation and drug treatment of new synthetic drugs, that is, “one insists on” and “three Distinguish ”, “ three stages ”new model of compulsory isolation and drug treatment.
