目的：评价肿瘤标志物ＤＲ－７０在恶性肿瘤中的诊断应用。方法：应用美国ＡＭＤＬ公司的ＤＲ－７０ＴＭＥＬＩＳＡ试剂盒，测定对 ２０例正常人和５９例恶性肿瘤病人血清 ＤＲ－７０含量。结果：各种恶性肿瘤 ＤＲ－７０的阳性率为 ６６． ７— １００％，均较正常对照组有非常显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０． ００１）。结论：血清 ＤＲ－７０是诊断恶性肿瘤有价值的标志物。
Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic application of tumor marker DR-70 in malignant tumors. METHODS: Serum DR-70 levels in 20 normal subjects and 59 patients with malignant tumors were measured using the DR-70TM ELISA kit from AMDL, USA. Results: The positive rate of DR-70 was 66. 7-100%, compared with the normal control group, there is a very significant difference (P <0. 001). Conclusion: Serum DR-70 is a valuable marker for the diagnosis of malignant tumors.
