妊娠是女性一生中最奇妙的旅程,带着对新生命的期盼,每个家庭全力呵护着每一位准妈妈,准妈妈们的待遇越来越高。但与此同时,由于准妈妈们过于小心谨慎,运动量过少,并且摄入过多的营养,妊娠糖尿病的发病率却越来越高。妊娠糖尿病无论是对母体还是对胎儿都危害极大,如何避免成为“糖妈妈”是现代准妈妈们不得不关注的问题。女性在妊娠期间应从饮食、运动、生活方式等方面进行合理调整,加强对妊娠糖尿病的预防。
Pregnancy is the most wonderful journey of women’s life, with the hope of a new life, each family fully care for every expectant mothers, expectant mothers are getting higher and higher treatment. But at the same time, the incidence of gestational diabetes is getting higher and higher as expectant mothers are too cautious, exercise too little, and consume too much nutrition. Gestational diabetes mellitus is very harmful to both maternal and fetus. How to avoid becoming “sugar mama” is a problem that modern mothers have to pay attention to. Women during pregnancy should be from the diet, exercise, lifestyle and other aspects of reasonable adjustments to strengthen the prevention of gestational diabetes.
