目的 探讨苏木水提物的抗癌作用机制。方法 分别采用腹腔注射、肌肉注射和灌胃等给药途径观察苏木水提物对小鼠移植性腹水瘤 EAC、白血病 P388、L12 10和肉瘤 S180的抑瘤作用 ,并进行了相应的体外抑瘤实验。结果 腹腔注射给药时高剂量组对各种腹水型移植瘤 (EAC、P388、L 12 10 )均有显著的抑制作用 ,但对实体瘤 S180无效。在相同剂量下肌肉注射及灌胃给药对各种移植瘤均未表现出抑瘤作用。体外抑瘤实验表明药物对各种瘤细胞均有一定的杀伤作用 ,且呈现出明显的量效相关性。结论 苏木水提物对癌细胞的杀伤作用是通过直接接触癌细胞而产生的 ,经机体吸收代谢后其抗癌活性消失
Objective To explore the anti-cancer mechanism of Hemu water extract. Methods The intratumoral injection, intramuscular injection, and intragastric administration were used to observe the inhibitory effect of Hemu water extract on mouse transplanted ascites tumor EAC, leukemia P388, L12 10 and sarcoma S180, and corresponding anti-tumor experiments were performed in vitro. . Results The high-dose group had significant inhibitory effects on various ascites type tumors (EAC, P388, and L 12 10 ) when injected intraperitoneally, but it was not effective for solid tumor S180. At the same dose, intramuscular injection and intragastric administration did not show antitumor effects on various transplanted tumors. In vitro anti-tumor experiments showed that the drug had a certain killing effect on various tumor cells and showed a significant dose-effect correlation. Conclusion The killing effect of Hemu water extract on cancer cells is caused by direct contact with cancer cells. After the body absorbs and metabolizes, its anti-cancer activity disappears.
