翼管神经是支配鼻腔粘膜的主要副交感神经,电灼断该神经,可以阻断鼻肺反射,减少乙酰胆碱的释放以及消除由于分泌物倒流刺激咽、喉、气管和肺所诱发的反射性支气管哮喘。本文报告35例外源性哮喘的手术疗法,总有效率为77%(治愈10例、显效8例、有效9例)。在8例无效的病例中,有7例在手术中未找到翼管神经,只电灼断该神经的节后纤维,所以电灼断节前纤维是治疗哮喘的关键。
The pterygopalatine nerve is the major parasympathetic nerve that dominates the nasal mucosa. Electrocautery of the nerve can block the nasal and pulmonary reflexes, reduce the release of acetylcholine and eliminate reflex bronchial asthma induced by pharynx, larynx, trachea and lungs due to backflow of secretions . This article reports 35 cases of surgical treatment of exogenous asthma, the total effective rate was 77% (cured 10 cases, 8 cases markedly effective 9 cases). In 8 cases of ineffective cases, 7 cases did not find the pterygoid nerve during surgery, only electrocautery sequelae of the nerve fibers, so electrocautery preganglionic fibers is the key to the treatment of asthma.
