为深入研究巴山木竹综合开发利用价值,采用动态顶空套袋采集法收集其挥发性气体,用全自动热脱附/气相色谱/质谱联用法分析了挥发性气体中有机化合物的种类与相对丰度。结果表明:巴山木竹挥发性有机物共有25种,其中,酯类11种,相对含量占82.85%;醇类3种,相对含量占11.68%;有机酸5种,相对含量占1.96%;醛类3种,相对含量占1.23%;酚、酮各1种,相对含量分别占0.35%和0.03%。研究认为,巴山木竹具有潜在的缓解疲劳、减少焦躁、镇静等功效,以及抗菌、消炎等生理活性,对净化空气有一定作用,具有观赏和保健功能。
In order to further study the value of comprehensive development and utilization of Basalt wood in Bashan, the volatile gas was collected by dynamic headspace bagging method. The types and relative organic compounds in volatile gas were analyzed by automatic thermal desorption / gas chromatography / mass spectrometry Abundance. The results showed that there were 25 kinds of volatile organic compounds in Basilaba schrenkiana, including 11 kinds of esters, accounting for 82.85%, 3 kinds of alcohol, accounting for 11.68%, 5 kinds of organic acids, accounting for 1.96% 3 species, the relative content accounted for 1.23%; phenol, ketone each one, the relative content of 0.35% and 0.03% respectively. Studies suggest that Bashan wood bamboo has the potential to ease fatigue, reduce anxiety, sedation and other effects, as well as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and other physiological activity, to purify the air have a certain role, with ornamental and health functions.
