战略是指对事物全局性、深远性的谋划。市场营销战略是指企业在经营思想的指导下,通过对企业外部环境、内部条件的分析,确定市场营销目标,对企业市场营销诸要素进行最佳组合,并制订出实现此目标的长期方针和策略。战术在理论上是研究战斗的规律、特点和内容;研究部队的战斗素质和战斗能力。在实践上,战术是指挥员、司令部和军队准备与实践战斗的活动。战术包括经常了解情况,定下决心和向部属下达任务;计划和准备战斗;实施战斗行动;指挥部队和分队;保障战斗行动。
