对光学晶体的电光效应进行了深入地分析,应用谐振腔原理研制出折叠循环腔式高重复率电光开关。在电光晶体上施加小振幅的调制电压,可获得高重复率窄脉冲光信号,调制频率可达到60~100 MHz。这种电光开关可应用于电光Q开关、电光调制器、计数器等。
The electro-optical effect of optical crystal was analyzed in depth. A high repetition rate electro-optical switch with folded cavity was developed by using the principle of resonator. A small amplitude modulation voltage is applied on the electro-optic crystal to obtain a narrow pulse optical signal with high repetition rate, and the modulation frequency can reach 60-100 MHz. This electro-optic switch can be applied to electro-optic Q switch, electro-optic modulator, counter and so on.
