夏津县后屯乡小辛庄村地处黄河故道,有耕地590亩,多为沙荒地。早在1986年,该乡北铺店的村干部就带领部分群众养苹果树苗,第二年树苗的销路挺好,收效很可观。这给正愁脱贫无门路的小辛庄人提了个醒:何不养树苗,既省工、省力,又好卖,还能赚钱。转过年来,该村的五六户农民养起了树苗,之后发展到现在的70多户。 为使养树苗形成规模,让农民早日致富,小辛庄村的“两委”干部又因地制宜,因势利导。1995年,全村进行了土地流转,在村东南规划
