广西壮族自治区水利电力局设计院科研所对田东火电厂粉煤灰配制水泥,进行了大量的科学实验工作。他们按一般生产无熟料水泥的工艺流程,配制粉煤灰水泥,并采取了掺加少量熟料(或熟料水泥)以及提高水泥的磨细度,从而使粉煤灰水泥的抗压强度达到400标号以上,初步取得了可喜的成果。粉煤灰水泥的配合比为:粉煤灰80%,烧石膏5%,普通水泥熟料15%。经磨细,
Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Water Resources and Electric Power Bureau Institute of Design Research Institute conducted a large number of scientific experiments on Tiandong Thermal Power Plant fly ash formulated cement. They formulated the fly ash cement according to the general production process without clinker, and adopted a small amount of clinker (or clinker) as well as improved the fineness of the cement so as to make the compressive strength of the fly ash cement.
