目的探讨不同的血管内辅助栓塞技术在颅内复杂动脉瘤介入治疗中的应用。方法采用微导丝微导管辅助技术、双微导管技术、球囊再塑形技术和血管内支架载瘤动脉成形术治疗颅内复杂动脉瘤40例(41个)。结果动脉瘤完全或大部栓塞36个,部分栓塞动脉瘤5个,死亡2例。23例患者获随访,平均随访时间6~12个月,均无再出血,1例大脑中动脉巨大蛇形动脉瘤复发并增大。结论血管内辅助栓塞技术治疗颅内复杂动脉瘤疗效确切。
Objective To explore the application of different intravascular embolization techniques in the interventional treatment of complex intracranial aneurysms. Methods 40 cases of intracranial complex aneurysms (41 cases) were treated with micro-guide wire micro-catheter assisted technique, double microcatheter technique, balloon reshaping technique and endovascular stent-graft angioplasty. Results Complete or partial embolization of aneurysms 36, partial embolization of aneurysms 5, 2 died. Twenty-three patients were followed up for a mean follow-up of 6 to 12 months. There was no rebleeding and 1 recurrent and enlarged maxillary aneurysm in the middle cerebral artery. Conclusion Endovascular assisted embolization is effective in treating intracranial complex aneurysms.
