目的:观察中药补肾熄风方配合美多巴治疗帕金森病(PD)的疗效。方法:将PD患者40例随机分为治疗组22例,对照组18例,对各组疗效进行观察,做出疗效评价。结果:治疗组总有效率86.36%,对照组总有效率77.78%,组间治疗有效率比较显示:治疗组与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗组Webster量表积分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾熄风方与美多巴合用对PD有较好的治疗作用,可提高疗效,减轻美多巴的副反应。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of Chinese medicine Bushen Xifeng in combination with metopar in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease (PD). Methods: Forty patients with PD were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 22) and control group (n = 18). The curative effect was observed and the curative effect was evaluated. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.36%, the total effective rate of the control group was 77.78%. The comparison of the treatment efficiency showed that the difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant (P <0.05). The treatment group Webster scale score was better than the control group (P <0.05).
