Many books have said that to do ideological and political work, we must be sensible, move with emotion, be clear about the law, and guide it. However, in practical work, people are often plagued by contradictions between the four, such as: “irrational and irrational”, “reasonable and unreasonable”, “legally unreasonable,” and so on. What is the difference between the four? How can these relations be grasped in order to maximize the power of ideological and political work? I would like to talk about my shallow views and opinions. It should be acknowledged that most of the company’s policies and regulations are reasonable, but because there are different categories of “emotions” in different periods, “rationalism” and “law” are gradually formed in the course of practice. Therefore, in concrete terms, there is no absolute reason for feelings and emotions, and there is no perfect method for law. All three have their own variability and incompleteness. This determines the contradiction between them, and in general,
