以克旱16和新麦9为实验材料,研究由不同浓度NaCl和Na_2SO_4混合盐溶液对小麦种子萌发以及幼苗生长的影响。将NaCl和Na_2SO_4按照3:0、2:1、1:1的比例进行5个浓度梯度的混合,配成15种混合盐溶液,以纯水作为对照,分别对克旱16和新麦9的种子进行盐胁迫,观察并分析计算种子发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势和种子活力指数、幼苗长度、幼苗期主根长度、幼苗期单株根数以及幼苗干鲜重等数据,所得实验数据表明,高盐浓度对小麦的种子萌发和幼苗生长起抑制作用。同时,不同的盐组分对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长起抑制作用不同,NaCl的抑制作用强于Na_2SO_4。
Taking Khan16 and Xinmai9 as experimental materials, the effects of different concentrations of NaCl and Na2SO4 mixed salt solution on the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat were studied. NaCl and Na_2SO_4 were mixed in 5 concentration gradients according to the ratio of 3: 0, 2: 1 and 1: 1, and 15 mixed salt solutions were dosed. Pure water was used as the control. Under salt stress, the seed germination rate, germination index, germination potential and seed vigor index, seedling length, main root length at seedling stage, root number at seedling stage and dry weight of seedling were observed and analyzed. The experimental data showed that, High salt concentration inhibited wheat seed germination and seedling growth. At the same time, different salt components had different inhibitory effects on wheat seed germination and seedling growth, but NaCl had stronger inhibitory effects than Na_2SO_4.
