1985年,我所研制的盲孔、阶梯孔机用通孔金刚石铰刀通过部级技术鉴定。这是我国“六五”规划期间的38项重点课题的内容之一——阀孔精密加工工艺研究。这个课题的研究成功,使我国铸铁阀孔的精密加工工艺技术有了较大的提高。经过技术测定:机用通孔金刚石铰刀加工粗糙度最低可达R_a为0.14μm,圆度最高达0.4μm(当时鉴 In 1985, I developed a blind hole, step hole machine with a through hole diamond reamer through the ministerial-level technical appraisal.
