高校外语类人才日渐增多,市场对传统型外语专业毕业生的需求却逐渐减少。随经济的发展,社会对于外语类专业人才的各项要求不断提高。为顺应这一形势,各大高校势必应该采取适当措施,如改进传统外语人才培养模式,积极培养复合型外语类专业人才,以期培养适应社会及市场需求的专业人才。并且各大高校应不断探索新方法、积极寻找新道路,力争突破当前培养模式的瓶颈,开创外语类人才培养的新局面。
