报告５１例存活５年以上的急性非淋巴细胞白血病，２８例达到治愈标准。初诊时大多数患者白血病组织负荷低，９８％患者年龄小于６０岁。９２％患者经骨髓抑制达完全缓解，未复发组诱导治疗期的白细胞最低值小于复发组（Ｐ＜０．００２５）。大多数长期存活者维持治疗平均３年以上，５例未维持治疗。不复发者预后好。 Report of 51 cases of survival of more than 5 years of acute non-lymphocytic leukemia, 28 cases met the standard of cure. Most patients with low initial load of leukemia tissue load, 98% of patients younger than 60 years of age. 92% of the patients achieved complete remission by bone marrow suppression, and the lowest value of leukocyte induction in the non-relapse group was smaller than that in the recurrence group (P <0.0025). Most long-term survivors maintain treatment for an average of more than 3 years and 5 have not maintained treatment. Good prognosis is not recurrence.
