目的 :研究健身宝对D -半乳糖拟衰小鼠自由基代谢及免疫方面的影响。方法 :将 60只小鼠随机分为 6组 ,除正常对照组外均每日注射D -半乳糖造成衰老模型 ,同时给予不同剂量的健身宝和金匮肾气丸。 6周后检测小鼠血清中SOD活性、MDA含量及IL -2、IL -6的活性。结果 :衰老模型组与正常对照组比较 ,小鼠血清中SOD、IL -2活性显著降低 ,MDA、IL -6含量显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;而健身宝大、中剂量组与正常对照组相比较 ,小鼠血清中SOD、IL -2活性显著升高 ,MDA、IL -6含量显著降低 ,与衰老模型组相比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :健身宝可从调节自由基代谢和增强免疫两方面发挥延缓衰老的作用。健身宝对SOD和MDA的影响 :衰老模型组与正常对照组比较 ,小鼠血清中SOD活性显著降低 ,MDA含量显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;而健身宝大、中剂量组与正常对照组比较 ,小鼠血清中SOD活性显著升高 ,MDA含量显著降低 ,与衰老模型组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。
Objective : To study the effect of Treasure Gym on the free radical metabolism and immunity of D-galactose-prone mice. Methods: Sixty mice were randomly divided into six groups. In addition to the normal control group, daily injection of D-galactose caused an aging model, and different doses of the exercise and Jinkui Shenqi pills were given. After 6 weeks, serum SOD activity, MDA content and IL-2, IL-6 activity were measured. RESULTS: Compared with the normal control group, the activity of SOD and IL-2 in the serum of the aging model group was significantly decreased, and the contents of MDA and IL-6 were significantly increased (P < 0.01); Compared with the normal control group, the activities of SOD and IL-2 in the serum of the mice were significantly increased, and the contents of MDA and IL-6 were significantly decreased, which was significantly different from the aging model group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The fitness treasure can play the role of anti-aging from regulating the metabolism of free radicals and enhancing immunity. The effect of Treasure Bo on the SOD and MDA: Compared with the normal control group, the serum SOD activity in the aging model group was significantly reduced, and the MDA content was significantly increased (P < 0.01); Compared with the normal control group, the SOD activity in the serum of the mice was significantly increased, and the MDA content was significantly decreased, which was significantly different from the aging model group (P < 0.05).
