我厂采用黄铜焊丝氧—乙炔热焊,高温回火的工艺,焊补了一条排气孔与喷油孔之间长20毫米发动机气缸盖裂缝,装车使用,效果良好。此缸盖材质为灰铸铁,强度低,塑性差,可焊性不好,工件壁厚不均匀(2~10毫米),体内多孔。焊接时易产生较大应力,加热不均,易产生裂缝;焊后冷速快,易产生白口,加工困难。我们采用如下工艺1.开坡口:沿焊缝开出张角为85°,面宽12毫米的V型坡口。焊缝两头各打直径2毫米的止裂孔;坡面上各打4个直径2毫米的孔,以增加结合强度。2.清洗:焊前用钢丝刷子清扫焊缝,并用汽油擦洗干净。
I plant the use of brass wire oxygen - acetylene hot welding, high temperature tempering process, welded a vent and the injection hole length of 20 mm engine cylinder head cracks, loading, the effect is good. The cylinder head material is gray cast iron, low strength, poor plasticity, poor solderability, uneven workpiece wall thickness (2 ~ 10 mm), porous body. Welding is easy to produce greater stress, heating uneven, easy to produce cracks; cold fast after welding, easy to produce white, processing difficulties. We use the following process 1. Bevel: along the weld out of the opening angle of 85 °, 12 mm wide V-groove. Weld two hit each 2 mm diameter crack hole; each hit 4 on the slope of 2 mm in diameter holes to increase the bonding strength. 2. Cleaning: Before welding with wire brush to clean the weld, and scrub clean with gasoline.
