齐鲁石油化工公司胜利炼油厂采用Ｃｈｅｖｒｏｎ公司的专有技术和催化剂，以孤岛ＶＧＯ、胜利ＶＧＯ以及胜利ＶＧＯ与孤岛ＶＧＯ混合油为原料，在单段一次通过加氢裂化工业装置上生产蒸汽裂解制乙烯的原料（ＨＶＧＯ）。这３种原料生产的ＨＶＧＯ的蒸汽裂解结果都优于胜利ＡＧＯ。胜利ＶＧＯ和孤岛ＶＧＯ混合进料所生产的裂解原料，其乙烯及二烯总收率较高，裂解燃料油收率低，裂解炉余热锅炉的结焦量少，结焦速度低，裂解炉运行周期较长，是蒸汽裂解的优质原料。实践结果证明单段一次通过加氢裂化工艺为增产中间馏分油、制乙烯裂解原料的一种可靠而富有吸引力的工艺。
