在新媒体背景下,把握正确的舆论走向、提高舆论引导力、为实现中国梦营造良好舆论环境是电视媒体的重要职责和时代使命。当前,广播电视媒体面临日益复杂的媒介生态环境,网络新媒体对传统电视媒体的受众形成了分流,社会意识形态的多元化对电视媒体的舆论引导能力形成了消解。全面提高基层电视台舆论引导力,已经成为基层电视台亟待研究和解决的课题。基于此,本文在简要阐述基层电视台特征与关系定位的基础上,重点分析基层电视台舆论引导力建设的不足与对策。
Under the background of new media, it is the important duty and epoch mission of the television media to grasp the correct direction of public opinion, enhance the guidance of public opinion, and create a favorable public opinion environment for the realization of the Chinese dream. At present, radio and television media are facing an increasingly complex media environment. The new media on the Internet has formed a diversion from the audience of traditional television media. The diversification of social ideology has resolved the media’s ability to guide public opinion. To raise the leading force of public opinion in grass-roots television stations in an all-round way has become a topic that needs to be studied and solved urgently by grassroots television stations. Based on this, based on the brief description of the characteristics and relationship positioning of TV stations at the grass-roots level, this paper focuses on the analysis of the inadequacies and countermeasures of the guidance of public opinion in TV stations at the basic level.
