目的对铝粉遇水放出易燃气体的危险性进行研究。通过改变试验条件,模拟运输中可能遇到的实际情况,对反应活性的影响和规律进行总结。方法参考联合国关于《关于危险货物运输的建议书、试验和标准手册》中有关遇水放出易燃气体的物质的试验方法,对铝粉在各种条件下遇水反应进行分析。结果温度升高、在酸性或碱性环境中,以及掺入一定的镁粉都能促进铝粉和水反应,增加铝粉放气的危险性。结论应全面了解铝粉遇水反应的危险性,在运输过程中进行严格的包装,避免发生危险。
Aim To study the danger of aluminum powder releasing flammable gas when it meets water. By changing the test conditions and simulating the actual situation that may be encountered in the transportation, the influence and law of the reaction activity are summarized. Methods With reference to the UN test methods for substances released from flammable gases in the Handbook of Recommendations, Tests and Criteria on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, the water reaction of aluminum powder under various conditions is analyzed. The results of temperature, in acidic or alkaline environment, as well as the incorporation of a certain amount of magnesium powder can promote the reaction of aluminum powder and water, increase the risk of aluminum powder bleed. Conclusion A comprehensive understanding of the danger of aluminum powder reacting with water should be fully understood and rigorously packaged during shipping to avoid any danger.
