【摘 要】以我公司实行集权式财务管理为例，浅谈集权式企业集团财务管理的优势及如何实施提出的几点措施。

1. 实行集权式财务管理具有的优势
就目前而言，我国集团企业财务管理的主要形式归纳起来主要是集权式和分权式两种。综观众多企业集团的财务管理模式的运行效果，集权式管理更具有优势。集权式财务管理是在企业统一筹划、监控之下的运行系统，通过建立有序的运行机制、有效的激励机制和科学的约束机制，对所属企业财务活动实施全面、统一、高效的管理和监控，充分发挥集团资金的整体优势，使企业真正实现规模经营和规模效益。
